Christmas Time
In the glow of Christmas lights,
A man sits alone, through the silent nights.
His heart echoes in the empty space,
Yearning for warmth, a familiar face.
Snowflakes dance, but he feels no cheer,
For holiday joy seems to disappear.
In the laughter of others, he's left to roam,
A solitary figure, in a festive home.
Yet hope whispers in the candle's flame,
That loneliness, too, shall have its name.
For in the quiet, he finds his peace,
A moment to heal, where sorrows cease.
